iLost is the website where found and lost items can be reported and claimed. Our hotel lists all found objects in our hotel on this website. You can easily check online whether your lost item has been found. This prevents you from having to call every place you visited. And for us, it is nice that the chances are much higher that the lost items will be returned to their rightful owner.

What should you do if you have lost something?

• If you find your lost item, claim the item and describe it so we can determine if it is yours.
• You will then receive another notification from us via email.
• Of course, you may also come and pick up the item from us free of charge if it is determined that the item is actually yours. You indicate when you prefer to pick up the object (date and time).
• If it is easier, you can also have the object sent to you, at your own expense. You can easily arrange the payment of this online.
