Cycling is one of the most enjoyable ways to explore Amsterdam. At Van der Valk Hotel Amsterdam – Amstel, you can easily rent a city bike or e-bike. With a bicycle, you have the freedom to discover the city at your own pace while enjoying everything Amsterdam has to offer along the way.

For bicycle rental, please visit our reception. All rental bikes are equipped with lights and a lock. Please note that rentals are subject to availability; it is not possible to reserve a bike in advance.

• E-bike – €32.50
  Deposit: €250

If you are bringing your own bicycle, you can park it free of charge in our secured parking garage underneath the hotel. Cyclists can ring the intercom at the barrier to gain access.

From the hotel, you can reach several neighborhoods and attractions in Amsterdam within minutes. Thanks to our location near the Amstel River, you can easily access both peaceful cycling routes and vibrant districts such as De Pijp. The city center of Amsterdam is also within cycling distance.
