Gym ADAM

All hotel guests are welcome in Gym Adam. Work out in the Van der Valk Hotel Amsterdam-Amstel's fitness center. Our fitness equipment complies with the latest health regulations and is easy to operate. You have the choice of rowing, running, cross trainers and a multigym station. You are also welcome at Van der Valk Hotel Amsterdam-Amstel for a full body workout.

You can swim in our heated outdoor pool (28°C) afterwards. The swimming pool can be found in the wellness area on the roof terrace on the 3rd floor.
