About Restaurant Amstelle
The history of Amsterdam starts around the year 1000. This swampy area was then called Aemestelle. Transformed into Amstelle, it gives the à la carte restaurant its new name.
The elegant design and the life-size landscape on the wall create a special atmosphere that makes every visit special. In Restaurant Amstelle you can enjoy all day long culinary dishes from the open kitchen, internationally oriented with an Amsterdam wink. We cook as much as possible with regional products, matching the right season. Vegetables are given a pedestal and a little more space on the plate. View our menu here.

Restaurant Amstelle is open every day:
- Monday to Friday from 08:00 - 23:00
- Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 - 23:00
- Public holidays from 11:30 - 23:00
The kitchen is open every day:
- Lunch from 12:00 to 16:00
- Dinner from 17:00 to 22:00
While pets are not allowed in the hotel, we are happy to welcome small dogs (up to knee height) in Restaurant Amstelle. If you have any questions or are unsure whether your dog is welcome, feel free to contact us.
