Hybrid events are indispensable in this time. The best of both worlds, namely online and offline. A hybrid event has both live participants and online participants. This offers a good alternative for events where a large number of participants, for example, need to come from abroad. In addition, there is no longer a limit on the number of people who can attend the event online, everyone is welcome to dial in at that time, whether it's 20 people or 300 people.
Organizing a Hybrid Event in Amsterdam
We work together with a fixed audiovisual partner. This way we can fully customize these hybrid events according to your wishes. They can also provide a lot of interaction with the online guests, so that they are well engaged in the event. Additionally, there is even a possibility to set up a studio where there are few to no physical participants present. We will take care of all the materials together with our AV partner, so you don't have to worry about it. We take all your worries off your hands!

In collaboration with Van der Valk Hotel Sassenheim – Leiden, we also offer the possibility to use two locations for your hybrid event. This way, you can invite more participants and still comply with the one and a half meter rule! Feel free to ask our meeting & events team about the possibilities and a customized proposal.
